For newly established businesses or if you do not have your own preferred method of book-keeping we are happy to advise and implement a system for you.

Fees & Charges

Because no two clients, businesses, or book-keeping systems are the same, neither are the levels of our fees. Fees are calculated based on the time spent in dealing with your affairs, the kind of work we do for you and the level of expertise required to provide these services.

That said on a like for like basis our fees will certainly be less than you could expect to be charged by a firm of accountants providing the same level of service to their clients. We have found that many our clients save more than they actually spend with us through using our services.

We are members of the Sage Accountants’ Club and provide a 10% discount to clients who wish to purchase Sage software, stationary and other Sage related services.

If we undertake your book-keeping requirements working from our home based office you will not need to purchase accounting software for your business because we provide this for you.

Before accepting new clients we always meet with them for an initial without obligation consultation to discuss their individual needs the services we provide and of course, how we can save them time and money on their book-keeping and accounting requirements.
